Every woman wants to feel at home in her physical body. A constant drive to be thinner, prettier, and “better” can put you at war with your body and make you feel competitive with other women. It can even lead to body hatred – where you feel disgusted by your body’s flaws. Our culture doesn’t help, with its intense focus on youth, competition, and physical perfection.
It’s no fun to avoid the mirror, hate getting dressed, hate shopping, hate getting your picture taken, to isolate yourself from others, and to even put off your life – I’ll take dance lessons or go to that party when I finally lose those extra pounds. But does that day ever come?
You may have gotten to a point where you say, “Enough! I can’t do one more diet.” But you also want to feel pretty and feminine and beautiful. Every woman does. We get that.

What you’ll find here is an approach that honors your need for beauty – a true beauty that nourishes you instead of one that makes you feel like you’re a fat cow, ugly, and disgusting. We help you find a way to honor and care for your body without obsessing about every pound or “flaw.” The way out is unconditional love.
We don’t love our bodies when … we lose weight, get in better shape, tone up, lose the grey hair, get a new hair cut, a new wardrobe… when they finally become “enough.” We find enough by loving our bodies now, in all their human glory; in all their perfect human imperfection.
