The cure for overeating, sugar addiction, and binge eating is in the daily care we give ourselves. We support each other in removing the barriers that keep us from offering ourselves this precious care. We move from intention into ACTION. Plus it’s always easier – and more fun – to practice with a group!
You’re not alone. None of us are. We’re all held by something that loves us unconditionally, that offers us grace and kindness anew each day. Let’s find it by joining together to practice the tools of kindness. As kindness grows, compassion grows. As compassion grows, so does our ability to put down the cookie, put down the fork, and rest in our own care. – Karly
